Now, we’re looking for a Head of Product Design to lead our design strategy and scale a world-class design team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow our product design team, setting standards for craft, usability, and innovation.
• Define and evolve BIORCE’s design vision, principles, and systems.
• Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver seamless, human-centered solutions.
• Balance user needs with scientific and technical complexity to make the impossible intuitive.
• Shape the culture of design excellence across BIORCE.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in product design, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience building or scaling design teams.
• Mastery of design systems, UX research, and data-informed design.
• Strong collaboration skills, you bridge vision and execution.
• Background in biotech, AI, or healthcare? A big plus.
