About the role
The Account Strategy Manager will drive strategic account growth, manage client relationships, and maximize customer lifetime value for Biorce. You will partner with senior stakeholders in pharma, biotech, and CROs, acting as a trusted consultant and project manager to ensure successful adoption and continued success with Biorce’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic account plans for key pharmaceutical and biotech clients, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Own client onboarding, engagement, and expansion processes with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting client requirements.
- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and engagement to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic presentations, and solution workshops with client executives.
- Analyze industry trends and client feedback to inform product roadmap and company strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements in alignment with Biorce’s objectives.
- Champion voice-of-customer internally, advocating for client needs and improvements.
- Stay current with clinical trials technology landscape and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in account management, client strategy, or business development roles, preferably in SaaS, clinical trials, CRO, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven success managing enterprise client relationships and driving account expansion.
- Strong consultative and presentation skills with executive audiences.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present strategic recommendations.
- Experience with CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced English; proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel (as required).
