About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Prototyper / Interaction Product Designer to transform concepts into functional, validated high-fidelity prototypes.

This role is crucial for defining and documenting complex product interactions and ensuring a seamless user experience.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated high-fidelity prototypes primarily within Figma (leveraging advanced features like variables and conditional logic) to simulate complex user flows, motion, and application states.
• Define and document all micro-interactions, transitions, and system responses, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience.
• Prepare and refine prototypes for rigorous user testing and quickly iterate based on validation results.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, serving as the authority on interaction behavior during feature handoff and implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design system and its interaction patterns.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or Prototyping, with demonstrated depth in complex product interactions.
• Mastery of Figma: Expert-level proficiency in Figma for both visual design and advanced prototyping.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing detailed interaction design and complex user flows demonstrated through functional prototypes.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability,and accessibility.
