About the role

As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic clinical leadership across the development, validation, and adoption of Aika. You will ensure that our platform and services meet the highest standards of scientific rigor, clinical relevance, and regulatory expectations in the industry.

What you’ll do:

- Support with the clinical strategy for Aika, aligning product roadmap and capabilities with the evolving needs of pharma, biotech, and CRO customers.

- Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of internal validation studies and external collaborations that demonstrate the clinical impact and reliability of Aika.

- Foster a culture of excellence in scientific validation, quality control, and client engagement.

- Serve as the senior clinical counterpart to Product and Engineering, guiding requirements for evidence generation, traceability, and clinical decision support.

- Establish and govern standards for clinical quality, including review frameworks for platform-generated content (e.g., protocols, feasibility analyses, regulatory documentation).

- Drive the development of high-impact scientific outputs (publications, conference presentations, white papers) that position Aika as a reference AI-native platform for clinical trials.

- Represent Biorce in external scientific and industry forums, strengthening our presence among key opinion leaders, regulators, and strategic partners.

What you bring:

- Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant area

- 10+ years of experience in clinical development/operations within clinical research

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional teams in a matrix, fast- paced environment

- Strong familiarity with regulatory expectations and guidelines

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal and external stakeholders
