About the role

We are looking for an operationally sharp Growth Marketing Specialist to become the engine room of our marketing team. In this role, you will work within our marketing team to execute high-impact strategies.

This is not a theoretical role. We need a builder. Someone who loves launching LinkedIn campaigns in the morning, refining a sales deck for a VIP prospect in the afternoon, and analyzing conversion metrics before the day ends. You will be the bridge between marketing strategy and commercial execution.

What you will be doing

1. Campaign execution & growth

  • Run the ads: Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads) ensuring perfect targeting and budget allocation.
  • Outreach ops: Set up email sequences and LinkedIn outreach workflows for our SDRs, ensuring the right message hits the right persona.
  • Reporting & insights: Monitor campaign performance weekly. You won't just pull data; you’ll tell us what is working, what isn't, and propose tweaks to improve ROI.
  • Testing: A/B test creatives, subject lines, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.

2. Sales enablement

  • Equip the team: Create and update "battle-tested" sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and case studies.
  • Customization: Adapt our core messaging to specific verticals (CRO vs. Pharma vs. Biotech) so our sales team always speaks the client's language.
  • Ad-hoc support: React quickly to commercial requests without losing focus on long-term projects.

3. Content & operations

  • Content production: Draft clear, compelling copy for ads and emails.
  • Maintain the house: Ensure our CRM and marketing tools are clean, tagged correctly (UTMs), and updated.

Who we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, Pharma, or HealthTech is a huge plus).
  • The "doer" mentality: You take full ownership of execution within a clear strategic framework, you don't wait for permission to optimize, but you align before you pivot.
  • Tech-savvy: You are comfortable inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 and CRM tools.
  • Versatile writer: You can write a punchy ad copy (short) and a structured case study (long).
  • Detail-obsessed: You check links before sending. You notice formatting errors in slides. Quality is your personal brand.
  • Fluent in English: (C1/Native standard) - essential for all our content.
