About the role

Following successful and rapid global expansion, we are continuing to grow our presence in Barcelona and seeking a Project Manager - Technology Projects to help drive the execution of our SaaS products and internal technology efforts. This position is designed for someone with a technical background in software development, who can bridge business needs and technical execution while keeping teams aligned, organised, and moving forward.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design and Research teams to ensure projects are clearly defined, well coordinated, and delivered efficiently. Your ability to understand technical conversations, anticipate development challenges, and structure execution will be essential to the success of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

You will help ensure that technology projects move forward with clarity, structure, and strong cross-functional coordination.

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, priorities, and task tracking boards.
• Organise and facilitate standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and planning sessions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, technical risks, and blockers, escalating when needed.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear next steps and aligned action plans.
• Ensure decisions, changes, and priorities are documented and communicated clearly across teams.
• Support release planning, delivery coordination, and internal communication around progress.
• Contribute to improving the way projects are structured, tracked, and executed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

✅ Must-Haves

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Experience working in SaaS product development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical product delivery.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to structure information clearly and ensure effective follow-up.
• Highly proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

✨ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience transitioning from a technical role into delivery management.
• Experience working in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products.
• Understanding of how AI systems are developed, validated, or integrated into products.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban.
