About the role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the commercial talent powering Biorce's next stage of growth.
You will play a critical role in finding, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and other go-to-market functions. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can move fast, source creatively, partner closely with commercial leaders, and compete for top sales talent in a highly competitive market.
You won't just fill vacancies. You will help shape hiring strategies, build high-quality pipelines, represent Biorce to brilliant candidates, and play a key role in scaling the teams that drive revenue and customer growth for our AI-powered healthtech platform.
Who We're Looking For
A strong commercial recruiter with the confidence, pace, and ownership mindset to operate in a high-growth environment. You have proven experience recruiting for commercial roles such as Enterprise Sales, Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, and similar revenue-generating areas.
You may come from a startup, scale-up, agency, RPO, or high-volume commercial recruiting environment. What matters most is that you know how to identify exceptional talent, engage passive candidates, manage multiple searches at once, and partner effectively with commercial leaders.
You need to be curious, sharp, structured, and able to understand commercial briefs quickly. You should know how to ask the right questions, calibrate with hiring teams, assess sales DNA and quota performance, and find candidates others may miss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership and consultation: Partner directly with commercial leaders, sales managers, and VP of Sales to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies.
- End-to-end recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing.
- Expert sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and other commercial domains.
- Candidate engagement: Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, competitor mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach.
- Candidate experience and employer branding: Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful, and engaging experience from first contact to offer.
- Process excellence and data: Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate. Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes.
- Market intelligence: Build an understanding of commercial talent markets, competitor companies, compensation benchmarks, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand.
