You'll work directly with the CEO to drive our 30% month-over-month growth, manage our sales pipeline, and help transform how teachers grade - saving them thousands of hours while improving student outcomes.

What You'll Do

Own the Sales Process (80%)

  • Drive our sales pipeline from lead to close, test and iterate on different sales motions
  • Optimize our sales playbook for bottom-up approachesBuild strategies to turn teacher champions into school-wide adoptions Schedule and lead demos with teachers and school administrators
  • Build our sales playbook for top-down approachesContact schools where teachers use CoGrader’s free version Generate admin leads top down
  • Create marketing & sales assets
  • Manage our CRM and sales tools
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets

Build Customer Success (20%)

  • Drive renewals and expand within existing accounts
  • Build referral programs to leverage happy customers
  • Deliver successful customer onboarding, leading to teacher/user retention
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
