Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Constructing a detailed marketing plan with clear KPIs.- Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and requests while providing effective solutions to streamline the CEO’s day-to-day responsibilities.- Coordinate and communicate with various internal teams, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and assisting in managing company-wide initiatives.- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including briefing documents, reports, and presentations.- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and external partners, clients, and stakeholders.- Assist in the execution of special projects, acting as a liaison between the CEO and key project managers.- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.- Monitor industry trends and provide relevant insights to the CEO regarding renewable energy related developments, particularly in the wave energy sector.- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the CEO in achieving company objectives.Qualifications:- Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role.- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—must be able to anticipate needs.- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and managing executive-level tasks efficiently.- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.Requirements:- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.- Prior experience working with C-level executives.
