About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us drive, deliver and contribute to our Product strategy and delivery. You will be supported by a small but growing team and working alongside the Head of Product and the Product Managers, helping us continuously build our market-leading product. As an Associate Product Manager, you will:

  • Assist in creating a roadmap structure that all stakeholders agree upon;
  • Promote Design sprints, workshops, hackathons and ideation;
  • Ensure initiatives are measured on Usability, Feasibility, Value and Viability;
  • Apply a motivating and efficient methodology for the team;
  • Ensure full transparency from company objectives up until user stories;
  • Be able to recognize mistakes, promoting a Fail-fast culture in the team.

About you

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a product role driving product strategy through engineering delivery;
  • Understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies (certification is a plus) - e.g. Scrum, Kanban;
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build consensus;
  • Ability to breakdown strategic ideas into deliverable product roadmap items;
  • Experience with analytics tools - e.g. Metabase, Mixpanel;
  • Experience with key tools – e.g. Notion, Jira, Figma;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to communicate with impact and influence - both verbally and written;
  • Passion for contributing to continuous improvement processes;
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or with SaaS products is a plus.
