About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Sales team and help us scale our impact. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships and driving revenue growth, with a special focus on the healthcare ecosystem.

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

  • Execute strategic sales plans and business development initiatives.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through market research and outreach.
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop sales proposals and materials aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate all business development activities across internal teams.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and updated throughout the sales cycle.

About you

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences – mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare, pharma, healthtech or consulting.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows - from primary care to hospital settings.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of organisation, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.

  • Feel confident presenting to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Are comfortable working with clear performance targets (KPIs).
  • Are interested in digital health and healthcare innovation.
  • Are proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Speak other languages.
