Your work will directly impact resource efficiency, service quality, and patient experience. If this makes sense, keep reading!

As a Production Assistant, you will:

Support schedule management and coordination:

  • Collect doctors’ availability, confirm month-end hours, and maintain clear communication throughout the scheduling process.
  • Monitor compliance with planned allocations and coordinate substitutions or reinforcements when needed.

Ensure daily operational oversight:

  • Track vacations, respond to urgent scheduling needs, and gather feedback from the medical network.
  • Act as the link between the medical network and the internal clinical team, ensuring a regular cadence of reporting on needs and constraints.

Maintain and optimise data systems:

  • Collect, systematise and ensure the quality of operational data.
  • Update tracking tools (onboarding, offboarding, fixed schedules, coverage files, etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs such as response times, attendance, and medical hour execution.

Contribute to team efficiency:

  • Collaborate with the clinical and back-office teams to support ongoing improvements.
  • Assist in recruitment-related tasks for the medical network.

About you

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
