About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team. This role involves supporting the coordination and operational implementation of new projects, contributing to successful onboarding and go-live processes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with the ability to respond effectively to day-to-day operational challenges, while maintaining a structured and empathetic approach.
As a Business Operations Associate, you will:
- Support the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects
- Assist in managing operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Help create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance
- Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting alignment and smooth communication
- Contribute to structured processes that drive operational efficiency and customer success

- Some experience or academic background in project management, operations, or a related field
