We’ve recently closed our €1 million seed round and are now looking for our first Sales Development Representative.
You will work closely with the founders on the commercial side, learning outbound, discovery, and early-stage sales hands on, with a clear path toward becoming an Account Executive over time. This is a role for someone who wants to build a sales career inside an early-stage sustainability AI startup, take ownership, move fast, and learn directly from the people who run the company.

🚀 The Role
We are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Sales Development Representative who wants to help build our outbound engine, manage our CRM, and support every step of the sales process while learning directly from the founders.
You will work on things like:
- Building and running outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Managing, organising, and improving our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
- Following up on outbound responses, stalled opportunities, and deals on hold
- Researching and qualifying leads into strong discovery calls
- Joining all discovery, demo, and deep-dive calls with the founders
- Supporting champions with follow-ups, summaries, and internal alignment
- Bringing structure and clarity to the full top-of-funnel motion
- Sharing learnings to improve targeting, messaging, and sales operations

- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You take initiative, follow up consistently, and keep momentum moving.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn the commercial side of a startup directly from the founders
- Comfort with cold outreach
- Strong organisational skills to keep the CRM clean and moving
- Good communication skills with the ability to summarise and structure open-ended conversations
- You move fast, make decisions, and take ownership.
- Energy, drive, and a desire to become a commercial leader in the future
