Role Overview:
We're looking for a energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high performance sales team to prospect, engage and qualify potential enterprise customers in Portugal. This role involves search and analytical skills to identify and rank potential targets, as strong communication skills to develop conversations with HR and Occupational Health personnel.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Management, Healthcare or related field.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills. E.g. you are comfortable doing oral presentations.
- Fast learner driven by curiosity. E.g. you are someone who learns new skills easily and autonomously.
- Methodic work style with ability to surpass barriers intelligently. E.g. you have achieved an interesting endeavor by your own.
- Passion for technology and UpHill's mission. E.g. you are very well rounded with technology, and you always now what’s new and noteworthy.
