Your Role: Account Associate
As an Account Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful management of client needs and ensuring an excellent client experience. You will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, and Clinical teams to support client interactions, prepare meetings, deliver training, and assist during implementations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical or biomedical background who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the adoption of innovative digital health solutions in real-world healthcare settings.
What You’ll Do
Client Support & Coordination
- Support the handling of incoming requests from new and existing clients, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Act as a key point of support for client-related activities, helping ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Meeting & Training Preparation
- Assist in the preparation of client meetings, including agendas, materials, and documentation.
- Facilitate and support training sessions to help clients successfully adopt and use UpHill’s solutions.
Implementation & On-Site Support
- Provide on-site support during client implementations to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs during onboarding and rollout phases.
Post-Market Surveillance & Feedback
- Support post-market surveillance activities by collecting and organizing client feedback.
- Identify potential issues, risks, or improvement opportunities and report them to internal teams.
Relationship Building
- Contribute to building strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Clinical Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Sciences or a related filed is highly valued.
- Clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare environments is a strong plus.
Experience & Skills
- Experience interacting directly with clients to understand needs and help provide effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
