Your Role: Implementation Lead (Spain)
As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and early adoption of UpHill’s solutions across healthcare organizations in Spain, working closely with public and private hospitals.
This is a client-facing, high-ownership role at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business. You will take end-to-end responsibility for implementations, acting as the main reference for clients during pilots and initial rollouts, and ensuring projects move forward effectively in complex healthcare environments.
What You’ll Do
Client Ownership & Stakeholder Management
- Own relationships with key client stakeholders, including clinical leaders, hospital management, and IT teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during pilots and early deployments.
- Represent UpHill locally in Spain.
Implementation & Project Leadership
- Lead complex hospital implementation projects involving multiple departments and partners.
- Define project plans, milestones, and responsibilities.
- Be accountable for execution, follow-through, and momentum.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Clinical, Technical, and Commercial teams.
- Coordinate with hospital IT teams and integration partners.
Adoption & Value Delivery
- Ensure deployments demonstrate value early.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
Background
- Experience working with hospitals or digital health solutions is required.
- Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private) is required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Spain.
